Affiliate Program Terms
By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to the following terms in addition to the Raah Terms of Service.
- Independent contractor. Affiliates are independent contractors — not employees, agents, or partners of Selah Enterprises LLC — and have no authority to bind Raah.
- FTC disclosure is mandatory. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Raah (e.g. #ad, “affiliate link”) in every promotion, per FTC Endorsement Guides.
- No income claims. You may not make earnings, income, or “guaranteed winning product” claims about Raah or about dropshipping results. Raah provides research estimates, not guarantees — your promotions must say the same.
- Honest promotion only. No misleading claims, fake reviews or testimonials, spam, fake engagement, or impersonation of Raah.
- Prohibited channels. No bidding on “Raah” or confusingly similar terms in paid search, no coupon-scraper sites, no cookie stuffing, and no self-referrals or referring your own accounts.
- Commission basis. Commissions are 25% of net subscription revenue actually collected (after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, and taxes) from referred customers, for up to 12 months per customer. Refunded or charged-back months are deducted or clawed back.
- Payouts. Payouts are reviewed and paid monthly via PayPal — there is no minimum balance. Commissions from fraudulent, self-referred, or policy-violating activity are forfeited.
- Approval & termination. Applications are reviewed manually. Raah may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate participation at its discretion, including for any violation of these terms; earned, compliant commissions through the termination date are paid out.
- Program changes. Raah may modify commission rates, eligibility, or these program terms prospectively with notice; continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
- Governing terms. The Raah Terms of Service (including its arbitration and limitation-of-liability provisions) apply to the affiliate program.
